Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 25 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns on sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, please allow some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact time may vary depending on your financial institution. 

In the case of damaged or defective items, we may require photo evidence or a return of the product before issuing a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the damage or defect is deemed to be caused by misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same product, please contact our customer service team within 25 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

For all other exchanges, such as size or color changes, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
